Platform Based Transformation

Point solutions generate marginal value.
actAVA.ai is purpose-built to unify, govern, and scale agentic AI across every business function.

Rapid time to value

Pre-built vertical agent libraries mean you can deploy a live agent within four weeks that has built intelligence, compliance and decision making.

Standardization and Scale

One set of guardrails, one governance model, one source of truth—deployed across an unlimited number of agents, workflows, and business units.

Build trust and confidence

Provides agent observability, real-time agent monitoring, and compliance-ready audit trails so humans stay in control as agents scale.

Economies of Scale

As your agent library grows, so does actAVA's knowledge of your enterprise so each new agent is faster to configure, faster to train, and faster to deliver value.

Pre-Built Agent Library

actAVA comes with vertical-specific agent libraries so organizations go live in weeks, not years. Each solution is pre-trained on industry data models and pre-configured for regulatory requirements.

Agents Are Only As Good As The People Who Know The Work

40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027 due to rising costs and unclear value. The gap is never the technology but the absence of functional expertise behind the agents. Our consultants have run these functions. We don't design agents for revenue cycle, HR, or supply chain...we've led transformations inside them.

At Trans4mative Advisors, we are often engaged to help our clients define strategies and align tactics to help realize desired results.

These conversations regularly include finding and applying tangible references that help provide an illustration of best practices for success as a way of making conceptual thinking more “real”. In addition to being a career-consultant, I’m also a self-admitted political junkie. As such, I’ve been keeping track of a few lessons any business can learn from the recent national election as they navigate their way forward:

\n
Leaving my Work at Home Bias Behind
Leaving my Work at Home Bias Behind

I am one of those who often discounted remote working and believed that there's a productivity boost to working together in an office.

{% module_block module "widget_62c0db63-099b-4531-8b18-a396682cc515" %}{% module_attribute "child_css" is_json="true" %}{% raw %}{}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "css" is_json="true" %}{}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "definition_id" is_json="true" %}null{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "field_types" is_json="true" %}{"button_cta_show":"boolean","button_group":"group","image_alignment":"choice","image_field":"image","image_label":"text","richtext_field":"richtext","show_hide_section":"boolean","styles":"group"}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "image_field" is_json="true" %}{"src":""}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "image_label" is_json="true" %}""{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "label" is_json="true" %}null{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "module_id" is_json="true" %}175127780955{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "path" is_json="true" %}"/Trans4mative - Theme 2024/modules/image-with-content"{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "richtext_field" is_json="true" %}"

After all, there are so many things to distract us at home, limited access to the tools and processes we need to drive productivity, and we’re much more effective leading in-person discussions…. right?

Who's Driving Technology Spend?
Who's Driving Technology Spend?

One of the interesting trends in enterprise technology over the last several years is the increased role of line-of-business (LoB) executive influence - and even full decision making authority - over technology decisions.

{% module_block module "widget_f2591ad1-3c5e-4f74-af3f-f863dfa1ea81" %}{% module_attribute "child_css" is_json="true" %}{% raw %}{}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "css" is_json="true" %}{}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "definition_id" is_json="true" %}null{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "field_types" is_json="true" %}{"button_cta_show":"boolean","button_group":"group","image_alignment":"choice","image_field":"image","image_label":"text","richtext_field":"richtext","show_hide_section":"boolean","styles":"group"}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "image_field" is_json="true" %}{"src":""}{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "image_label" is_json="true" %}""{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "label" is_json="true" %}null{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "module_id" is_json="true" %}175127780955{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "path" is_json="true" %}"/Trans4mative - Theme 2024/modules/image-with-content"{% end_module_attribute %}{% module_attribute "richtext_field" is_json="true" %}{% raw %}"

The most obvious example is in Sales and Marketing, where its projected that by 2017 the CMO will spend more on IT than the CIO [per Gartner]. However, this trend is occurring in other parts of the business as well. As a technology executive by trade this is a scary trend – what about security, controls, disaster recovery, network compatibility, etc.? How can a CMO, COO, VP of Manufacturing make the right decision about a new system?
