Aashish Parekh is an experienced strategic management and technology consultant who helps clients develop and implement strategies for business transformation and growth. As a Partner atTrans4mative Advisors, he thrives on crafting innovative solutions for complex business challenges by drawing insights from diverse industries and business models. Aashish has a strong track record of serving clients in financial services, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and more. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with a local nonprofit, exploring Houston's culinary scene, discovering fine wines and whiskies, attending plays, traveling, reading, playing golf, and following soccer. Aashish holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, where he remains active as a guest lecturer in classes in the Computer Science and MIS programs.
With a background in technology and organizational change leadership, Alin helps organizations enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and adopt best practices that elevate team performance. He has held leadership roles across Oil & Gas, Retail Energy, Media, Retail, and Healthcare, with a focus on scaling technology teams, driving innovation, and delivering complex programs.
As a Partner at Trans4mative Advisors, Alin partners with clients to deliver strategic change through practical solutions and execution leadership. His experience spans technology services, digital product development, and retail operations, with expertise in organizational leadership, technology architecture, and process improvement.
Alin earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems with a minor in European Studies from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his fiancée and family, exploring cities, traveling, and pursuing his passion for consumer technology—especially Apple products and mechanical watches.
With over 30 years of consulting leadership experience, Mike founded Trans4mative Advisors in 2014 to engage in inspiring, transformational work with clients and causes while finding inspiration through collaboration. He specializes in assisting clients across various industries, such as CPG, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, and more, in articulating strategies, designing transformation programs, and aligning technologies to meet critical business needs. Mike's expertise spans strategy development, project/program management, enterprise technology selection, change management, solution design, and business/IT alignment. As a former Houston market leader for consulting firms like Deloitte Consulting and The North Highland Company, he has a proven track record of growing successful consulting practices. Mike is a PROSCI-certified Change Leader with a background in Finance from The University of Houston. Outside of work, he is actively involved in community service, serving on the Houston Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, as a Goodwill Industries Business Liaison, and as a Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador for The American Cancer Society.
Nathan brings 15 years of experience leading projects that transform operating models, evolve and improve organization design, and integrate acquisitions. His significant background as both an experienced consultant and HR leader enable him to bring perspectives to ensure that the human element of projects is leveraged as a way to drive sustainable change. Nathan’s expertise spans across strategy, talent management, total rewards, organization design and change management disciplines. He served as the head of total rewards for a global industrial services company and prior to joining Trans4mative, served clients as a part of EY’s people consulting practice. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Trinity University, Master’s from Stephen F. Austin State, and MBA from Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. Outside of work Nathan serves on the graduate programs executive advisory board for Mays Business School and board of Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association. He enjoys time with his family in the Texas hill country practicing archery and fishing.
Faiz has over 16 years of consulting experience helping clients achieve their transformative goals resulting from a global digital transformation or post acquisition. His work focuses on driving practical deployment solutions that maximize the employee experience and minimize the risks associated with an uncertain workforce. Faiz has extensive experience remediating distressed projects, optimizing HR processes and service delivery model, operationalizing strategy, and preparing global organizations for change. He is data-driven and has a pragmatic approach to elevate the role of HR to meet business needs and improve the overall employee experience. Faiz values the culture of each of his unique clients and has served internationally working co-located with his clients in Suriname, Kuwait, Manila, UAE, UK, and Canada. A seasoned Senior Manager, Gina drives technology and business value with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency in the organizations she serves. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Gina excels in strategic planning, tactical execution, business process analysis, service operations, and project management. She is skilled at defining and implementing business process improvements, optimizing operations, and motivating teams to achieve their full potential. Gina is a trusted advisor to C-level executives and emphasizes mentoring and knowledge transfer within her organization. Prior to Trans4mative, Gina served as Vice President of Operations at Extreme Technologies and held senior technology leadership roles at AIM Management Group, Invesco, and Dell Computer. She also worked as a program manager and advisor to the Chief Technology Officer at a global investment management firm in Austin, TX. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Edward's University, is a Certified Scrum Master, and is ITIL certified. She has actively contributed to various organizations, including serving on the advisory board for the University of Texas at Austin and participating in community initiatives like the Houston Coding Bootcamp and Fort Bend Empty Bowls Fundraiser.
With over 20 years of consulting experience, Dr. Saad has worked at consulting firms such as Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Grant Thornton, and FTI Consulting. He has served a wide range of clients, including public and private corporations, startups, and private equity entities across diverse industries.
Dr. Saad specializes in strategic planning and execution. His expertise includes business process design, technology optimization, financial analysis, decision support, and project management. He also has deep expertise in Merger & Acquisition advisory services, including due diligence and post-deal integration.
Dr. Saad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Amman University, an MBA in Accounting & Finance from the American University of Science & Technology, and a DBA from the University of Dallas. He is certified as a SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, a Change Management Practitioner from Prosci®, and holds a certification from the National Institute of Mental Health for Protecting Human Research Participants. In addition to his role at T4, Dr. Saad serves as Clinical Professor at the University of Houston System and he teaches strategy, leadership, and management courses.
Jayme, a seasoned Senior Manager with over a decade of consulting experience across retail energy, industrial services, and healthcare industries, excels in leading custom software implementation projects for large organizations. Her focus lies in driving internal efficiencies, reducing costs, and enhancing user experience. Jayme's expertise spans project, program, and change management, business strategy and analysis, technology implementation, and leadership and coaching. Outside of work, she is dedicated to continuous learning and volunteerism. Jayme provides pro-bono coaching to young professionals seeking career growth, serves on the boards of two local animal rescues, and contributes to the Terry Foundation Alumni Association through mentorship and coaching activities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with honors from Texas A&M University, with minors in Business Administration and Mathematics. Jayme is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, a Salesforce Platform App Developer, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation, and an MHS certified EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 practitioner.
Prior to joining Trans4mative Advisors, Laurinda worked for Accenture and has over 20 years of experience as a consultant. She excels at tailoring solutions to meet clients' business and technology objectives, aligning with their culture and needs to achieve desired outcomes. Laurinda specializes in the Utilities gas and electric industry, from enterprise-wide systems to customized applications, with recent focus on cloud solutions. She has also served clients in energy and healthcare sectors. Laurinda's professional interests in Clean Energy Transition and ESG align with her personal passion for sustainability, inclusion & diversity. Outside of work, Laurinda enjoys time with her young son, traveling, and attending book signing events. She actively volunteers with groups like Bayou Land Conservancy and Galveston Bay Foundation in Houston. Laurinda looks forward to involving her son in these efforts as he grows older. Laurinda graduated cum laude with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a BA in Spanish from Texas A&M University, where she served as President of the Student Engineers’ Council for two years.
Michael has over 12 years of demonstrated success leading and executing large-scale system implementations for commercial and federal clients He is experienced in driving business strategy and delivering solutions across the full technology stack including business intelligence, process robotics, ERPs, and migrations to the cloud. Before joining Trans4mative Advisors in 2023, Michael worked for Deloitte Consulting as a technology leader advising several agencies within the Department of Defense. Michael has returned to Houston after living in Washington DC for the last decade. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, trying to explore the many parks Houston has to offer, and discovering the latest restaurants in Houston’s food scene. Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and a minor in business administration.
Sarah has over 15 years of professional experience, focused on providing strategic guidance to organizations in Energy, Government, and Technology industries. Sarah brings over a decade of consulting experience at two global firms, Ernst & Young LLP (EY) and BDO, and is a leader in enabling transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans transformation design and execution, digital transformations, project portfolio management, program management, process improvement, software selection and implementation, and assessments across various geographical regions and cultures.
Sarah has an MBA from the University of Houston and a BBA in International Business from St. Edward’s University. Additionally, Sarah holds various certifications including, Project Management Professional (PMP) though Project Management Institute, and the following certifications through Scaled Agile: SAFe® Agilist (SA), SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe® Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
In her free time Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, animals, and volunteering. She is a native Houstonian and enjoys taking advantage of the diverse cuisines, cultures, and activities the city has to offer.
Luisa Espinosa is a people-focused business professional with a passion for talent solutions, organizational culture, and efficient business processes. Joining Trans4mative Advisors in October 2019 as Operations Manager, Luisa focuses on recruiting, operations, culture, and talent development. She excels in creating exceptional experiences for individuals, from recruitment to organizing engaging events that promote team building and culture. Outside of work, Luisa enjoys quality time with her husband and two boys, exploring new recipes with a love for Mexican and Italian cuisines. A self-proclaimed foodie and wine enthusiast, she spends weekends with her family discovering new activities or unwinding with loved ones over a bottle of wine. Luisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the College of Charleston, specializing in Organizational Communication and Business Administration.
