With more than 25 years in consulting leadership experience, Mike has focused on helping clients articulate strategies, design and realize programs for transformation, and align enabling technologies to the service of critical business needs. His background includes service to customers across a variety of industries that include CPG, Energy, Manufacturing, Industrial Services, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, and others. Mike’s experience with projects that have been focused on both core business processes and enterprise technologies enables him to assist customers with the intersection of these important domains. His functional project experience has included work across the entire value chain including the front, middle, and back-office. Some of Mike’s specialties include strategy development and facilitation, project/program management, enterprise technology selections, change management, solution design and requirements development, customer dynamics, shared services design and realization, and business/IT alignment.
Mike has served as a Houston market leader for multiple successful consulting organizations, including Deloitte Consulting, The North Highland Company, & Pariveda Solutions. Over the years, Mike has developed and grown successful consulting practices in Houston and other markets. Mike is a PROSCI-certified Change Leader and attended The University of Houston with a focus on Finance. Mike has served on the Houston Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and is a Big Brother to 15-year-old Kendall. Mike has also served as a Houston Business Liaison for Goodwill Industries and as a Houston Real Men Wear Pink Ambassador for The American Cancer Society. As a long-time Houston resident, Mike and Katie live in the Galleria area with 5 dogs and 3 cats.
