During his 20+ years of consulting experience, Dr. Saad joined various consulting firms, including Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Grant Thornton, and FTI Consulting. During this time, Dr. Saad served public and private corporations, startups, and private equity clients in a diverse portfolio of industries. His consulting areas of expertise include business process design and implementation, technology deployment and optimization, performance modeling, forecasting and reporting, financial modeling and analysis, cost rationalization, decision support/ad-hoc analysis, and program/ project management. Additionally, Dr. Saad advised clients in the Merger & Acquisition domain, including buy-side and sell-side financial and commercial due diligence, post-deal integration, carve-out/spin-off transactions, synergy assessment, validation, and tracking. 

Dr. Saad received his Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Amman University before obtaining his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting & Finance from the American University of Science & Technology and his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from the University of Dallas. Additionally, Dr. Saad is a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, a certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci®, and has also obtained the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) certification for Protecting Human Research Participants. In addition to his role at T4, Dr. Saad teaches several graduate and undergraduate-level management courses in Strategy, International Management, and Retail, among others, at the University of Houston System.
