With a background in technology and organizational change leadership, Alin works with teams to improve performance through enhancing team collaboration, process refinement, and a focus on adopting practical best practices.

Alin has spent most of his career in leadership roles for small and large organizations focused on growing and improving technology team performance, rapidly innovating and developing new technology products, and delivering strategic programs. Based on his varied experience across industries – including Oil & Gas, Retail Energy, Media and Publishing, Retail, and Healthcare – he works with Trans4mative clients to achieve strategic change through partnership, designing practical and achievable solutions, and leading clients through large and complex initiatives.   

Before helping found Trans4mative Advisors, Alin was on the leadership team for a national technology services consultancy focused on architecting and delivering large-scale software platforms, led the Digital Product team for Hearst Corporation through consolidation and migration to new digital-first consumer products, and helped establish and grow a national kiosk-based DVD rental business. In each of those organizations, Alin provided senior organizational, technology architecture, and process leadership to help develop, streamline, and improve the performance of each team.

Alin enjoys spending quality time with his son, fiancee, and family outside the office, exploring Houston and New York, and traveling. He is also an avid consumer technologist, loves all things Apple, and is fascinated with and collects mechanical watches.

A proud Houston Cougar and graduate of the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, Alin received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and a minor in European Studies.   While at the University of Houston, he was involved in growing and leading the MIS Student Organization (MISSO) and enjoys supporting his alma mater as an alumnus.
