Jayme is a Senior Manager with 10+ years of consulting experience in various industries including retail energy, industrial services, and healthcare. While leading custom software implementation projects for large companies, she focuses on creating internal efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving user experience. Her expertise is in project, program & change management, business strategy & analysis, technology implementation, and leadership & coaching. 

Outside of work, Jayme has a passion for learning and volunteering. She provides pro-bono coaching for young professionals seeking career changes and growth opportunities. She has served as a board member for two local animal rescues. Through her volunteer work with the Terry Foundation Alumni Association, she gives back to the Terry Foundation and to the state of Texas through relationship-building, mentorship, and personal and professional coaching. 

Jayme received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with honors from Texas A&M University, with minors in Business Administration and Mathematics. Her professional certifications include a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Salesforce Platform App Developer certification, an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification, and is an MHS certified EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 practitioner.
