Before joining Trans4mative Advisors, Laurinda worked for Accenture and has over 20 years of experience as a consultant. Laurinda enjoys working with clients to help them meet their business and technology objectives by tailoring solutions that fit the client’s culture and needs and deliver the desired outcome. Laurinda has worked extensively in the Utilities gas and electric industry in technologies ranging from enterprise-wide systems to customized applications, with more recent projects focused on cloud solutions. She has also supported clients in energy and healthcare. Her professional interests in the Clean Energy Transition and ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) intersect with her personal passion for sustainability and inclusion & diversity.

Outside of work, Laurinda enjoys time with her young son, traveling, and keeping an eye out for any interesting book signing events. Laurinda has also enjoyed volunteering with and supporting various groups in the Houston area like Bayou Land Conservancy and Galveston Bay Foundation. She looks forward to having her son join her on these efforts when he gets older.

Laurinda graduated cum laude with a BS in Biomedical Engineering and a BA in Spanish from Texas A&M University where she served as President of the Student Engineers’ Council for two years.
