Luisa Espinosa is a people-focused business professional with experience and a passion for talent solutions, driving culture in organizations, and developing and implementing business processes to ensure day-to-day activities run effectively and efficiently. 

Luisa joined Trans4mative Advisors in October 2019 as the Operations Manager to help grow and implement processes around recruiting, operations, culture, and talent development focuses. She is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for people starting from the recruiting and hiring process to organizing and producing dynamic events with a focus on culture and team building. 

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and two boys, James and Caleb. She loves to cook and learn new recipes but especially loves the Mexican and Italian cuisines. She identifies as a foodie and a wine-lover. On the weekends, she is usually out and about with her family discovering new ways to entertain her sons or relaxing at home with Andrew, friends, and family enjoying a bottle (or two) of wine. 

Luisa received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC, with a focus in Organizational Communication and a minor in Business Administration.
