Gina is a Senior Manager driving technology and business value with a deep perspective around cost-effectiveness and efficiency to the organizations that she serves. A tenured professional with more than 15 years’ experience in leadership and hands-on roles, Gina is adept at seeing through the technology into the business. Her expertise and strengths include Strategic planning and alignment, tactical execution, business process analysis, service operations, and project management.

Gina has extensive experience defining and executing business process improvements, addressing complex challenges, optimizing operations, implementing best practices, and motivating others to exceed their potential. She is a trusted advisor to C-level executives and holds value in mentoring and knowledge transfer back to the organization in which she serves.

Before Trans4mative, Gina managed the technology and operational demands at Extreme Technologies, where she served as Vice President of Operations. Before joining Extreme Technologies, Gina held senior technology leadership positions at AIM Management Group, Invesco, and Dell Computer. She also consulted as a program manager and advisor to the Chief Technology Officer for a global investment management firm based in Austin, TX.

Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University. She is a Certified Scrum Master and is ITIL certified. She previously served on the advisory board for the University of Texas at Austin, Houston Coding Bootcamp, and a committee co-chair for Fort Bend Empty Bowls Fundraiser.
